There's no cost or obligation upfront, as we are paid a commission from the proceeds of the sale, much like a real estate agent. During the consultation, we’ll walk you through each step of the process, including signing a contract that states the prep and sale dates and other important details. We take care of staging the home, researching prices, photographing items, and extensive marketing to ensure everything is showcased perfectly. 

Each item is carefully priced, and we conduct a two-day sale over a weekend. Once the sale has concluded, we will also clear out any unsold items, leaving you with peace of mind.
